PROJECT (CIP) NUMBER: 650870-100802 & 650870-153002 690236-100143 & 530282 - 100147 WPCLF PROJECT NUMBER: CS390274-0273 WSLRA PROJECT NUMBER: FS390274-0389 Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor No The City of Columbus (hereinafter "City") is accepting bids for Blueprint hilltop - Eureka/ fremont area integrated solution, permeable pavers, water line improvements, & resurfacing the work for which consists of the construction of permeable paver, regional basins, curb, resurfacing, sidewalk, water main, and all other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). The MBE/WBE Goal for this project is: 13% OEPA MBE Goal: 1.3%; OEPA WBE Goal: 1.0% All work shall be substantially complete within 730 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed, with final completion to occur within 820 calendar days. The City anticipates issuing a Notice to proceed on or about in June, 2024 BID CANCELLATION AND REJECTION The City may cancel the IFB, reject any or all bids in whole or in part, waive technicalities, and/or advertise for new bids, without liability to the City and when in the best interest of the City up until the time the contract is executed by the City. The City shall have 180 calendar days from the date of the bid opening to provide the bidder a Notice of Intent to Award. During this 180 day period, the bidder agrees to hold their bid prices. THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW STORM SEWERS, INSTALLATION OF PERMEABLE PAVEMENTS, AND ASPHALT RESURFACING. THE PROJECT ALSO INCLUDES THE INSTALLATION OF NEW WATERLINES, SERVICES, AND HYDRANTS. TREE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT, AS WELL AS SIDEWALK REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT ARE INCLUDED AS A RESULT OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE OTHER ITEMS. DOW #19-109
