The last day for questions is January 24, 2024. Please note that in order to be considered as a "responsive bidder" for this project, you must obtain a set of plans and bid documents, and follow all instructions provided. Bids from contractors who are not on the Plan Holders List will be disqualified. The "Owner" reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which it deems most favorable.
