Due to mission constraints the site visit will be held on 07 February 2024. Meet-up will be at Nellis AFB Visitor's Center at 09:00 AM PDT. All vendors must RSVP by submitting names directly to SSgt Tiffany Jones via email at tiffany.jones.33@us.af.mil, no later than 30 January 2024, 1:00 PM PDT. No more than two (2) representatives per company may attend. Fill out the form "SFS Mass Pass Template" and return by aforementioned date. Questions from the site visit will need to be submitted by 09 February 2024, 2:00 PM PDT. Demolition and replacement of the existing 2x4 fluorescent light fixtures on a one for one basis throughout BLDG 215. Rooms 104 and 105 inside Bldg 215 will require dimming capabilities. Room 105 will require a (2) zone dimmer switch with the (4) 2x4 light fixtures in the front of the room independent from the remaining (6) 2x4 light fixtures. This project is located at Nellis AFB, Nevada. Including the necessary Labor, Supervision, hardware, and all terminations. Contractor shall furnish all design, labor, equipment, material, transportation, administration, supervision and all else necessary to perform all operations in connection with successfully completing project Bldg. 215 Replace Existing 2x4 Fluorescent Lights. The project site is located on Tyndall Ave., Bldg. 215, Nellis AFB, Nevada 89191. The Main Base is located approximately nine miles north of downtown Las Vegas on Las Vegas Blvd. NAFB consists of three main areas: The Main Base, Area II and Area III. 57 IAS Light Fixture Replacements - o 66ea. panel LED fixtures with EM o 3ea. 1 x 4 surface mounted flat panel LED fixture with Gyp flange kit o 3ea. Dimmer switches for rooms 104 & 105 o 1ea. Rework the existing switching circuiting scheme in rooms 104 & 105 o 1ea. Allowance for down time in a secure area o Demo (69) existing light fixtures o Seismic Anchoring as needed
