The Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) is an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for design and/or construction projects at Nellis Air Force Base, Creech Air Force Base Range 63, Point Bravo, and the Nellis Test and Training Range (NTTR). The contract will support a broad range of tasks including carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, electrical (interior/exterior), steam fitting, HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, fencing, demolition, fire protection, concrete, masonry, and other construction-related services. Projects may involve alteration and repair to existing infrastructure, requiring in-house or readily accessible design capabilities. Task orders will range from $15,000 to $4,000,000 in value, with a total ceiling of $185 million over a five-year period. All work must comply with contract specifications and individual task order requirements. Location: Nellis Air Force Base, 4700 Tyndall Ave, Nellis AFB, NV 89191 Creech Air Force Base, 1st Street, Indian Springs, NV 89018 Nellis Test and Training Range (NTTR), Nevada (exact address varies by site) Range 63 and Point Bravo (within NTTR operational areas) The contractor shall begin performance within 21 calendar days and complete it within 1825 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
