Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

Airfield apron construction, grading, drainage improvements, and installation of a jet blast deflector, along with development of water storage infrastructure, pump stations, a communication node, new roadways, and upgrades or relocations to existing utilities. Construction includes aircraft parking and maintenance facilities such as a maintenance hangar and squadron operations facility, along with development of a flight simulator facility and an avionics re-programming laboratory. Additional work includes construction of a fuel cell facility, a low-observable corrosion control facility and wash rack, a consolidated maintenance facility, a maintenance training facility, a fuel station, and a weapons storage facility. Further requirements include expansion of the R-11 fuel stand, construction of a satellite dining facility, a DFAC storage facility, and a 240-person dormitory, with associated design input and construction management across all phases.
