This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Cooling Tower Condenser Pump Repair services at Nellis AFB. Interested parties must submit a complete written quote containing information and pricing for all contract line items (CLINs) included on the SF1449, along with sufficient information for government evaluation. Quotes must be submitted via email, with a maximum file size of 10MB. Offerors should include contractor information such as SAM UEI, TIN number, CAGE code, contractor name, payment terms or discount, point of contact, email address, price, warranty, offer expiration date, FOB destination, delivery lead time/period of performance terms, and technical approach. Quotes will be evaluated on technical acceptability, price, and past performance. The government intends to award without discussions, so each initial quote should be the offeror's best terms. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 811310.
