Renovation of a military facility in Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Repaint identified interior walls and door frames using Sherwin-Williams paint, replace identified interior wall baseboards, repaint the chair guard in Building 879 Room 112, replace identified electrical outlet covers and light switch covers, paint one wooden cabinet, and patch identified minor holes or defects in interior walls. All work shall be completed in a manner that presents a clean, neat, and professional appearance in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Installation and testing shall be completed within a 120-day period of performance. Award will be based on the lowest-price, technically acceptable proposal. Location: Nellis Air Force Base, Building 879, 4311 Washington Boulevard, Nellis AFB, NV 89191. Construction Magnitude is estimated between $0 to $25,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
