Renovation of a water / sewer project in Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Provide single line plans and an electrical plan depicting conduit routing. Furnish and install one disconnect sized to serve the existing lift station load and provide and install an electrical pathway from the new disconnect to transformer T1775. The electrical pathway shall be surface mounted to Building 1730 and then trenched from the edge of the building to transformer T1775. All work shall be performed in accordance with UFC, IFS, NEC, ICD, and applicable local and state codes. Proposals will be evaluated on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis. A site visit will be conducted on May 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM PDT at the main entrance of Building 1730. Questions are due by close of business May 26, 2026, with responses provided via solicitation amendment. Questions are due by close of business 5/26/2026. Answers will be provided via a solicitation amendment.
