Site work, new construction and renovation of a military facility in Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility; for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to complete the design and construction of an approximately 14,700 square foot Munitions Maintenance Facility, with an option for an additional 1,550 square foot maintenance bay, to support mission requirements. The facility will accommodate missile and glide munitions assembly, disassembly, inspection, testing, and repair operations. The base structure includes four drive-through high-bay work areas equipped with overhead bridge cranes, a test cell room for electrical and resistance testing of rocket motors, secure administrative and briefing spaces, ready and training rooms, tool and test equipment support areas, supply and equipment storage, and latrines. Construction consists of a reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, structural steel framing, fully grouted CMU walls, and a standing seam metal roof, along with exterior roll-up doors for equipment movement. Work also includes installation of comprehensive security systems such as fencing, gates, intrusion detection, access control systems, closed-circuit television, and required cybersecurity measures for facility-related systems. Supporting infrastructure includes site preparation, stormwater management, and installation of electrical, communications, water, and sewer utilities, as well as fire detection and suppression systems. The project must comply with applicable Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria, high-performance and sustainable building requirements, and explosives safety standards. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00.
