Renovation of a mixed-use development in Little Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The Office of State Procurement (OSP) is requesting proposals to establish a contract for repair-by-replacement of existing temperature controls and sensors with new BACnet MS/TP controllers & programmable thermostats for the Minnesota Department of Military Affairs, for buildings located at Camp Ripley Training Center, 15000 HWY 115, Little Falls, MN 56345. Responders will be required to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform work in accordance with the Sample Contract, Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work. Responders must be certified to perform maintenance and programing on the JCI Metasys system. Upon request, Responders may be required to provide proof of certification to perform maintenance and programing on the JCI Metasys system. Other personnel are not authorized to answer questions regarding this Solicitation. The term of this contract is anticipated to be from February 1, 2024, through January 31, 2025, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months in increments determined by the State. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $80,000 to $90,000 Responses that exceed $50,000.00 must be accompanied by a surety bond of a surety company duly authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota; in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the response, which is submitted as a solicitation security conditioned upon the Responder entering into a contract with the State of Minnesota in accordance with the terms of the solicitation. Responders must upload a copy of their surety bond as prompted in the solicitation. The State reserves the right to require the Contractor to provide the original surety bond to the State. If such a request is made, the Contractor must submit the original surety bond within seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of the request. If the original surety bond is not received within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the request, the State may take action including rejection of the response or cancellation of the contract for cause. The State reserves the right to Reject any and all responses received; Waive or modify any informalities, irregularities, or inconsistencies in the responses received; Negotiate with the highest scoring Responder[s]; Terminate negotiations and select the next response providing the best value for the State. If the solicitation security is in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or money order made payable to the State of Minnesota, it must be received by the Department of Administration, Office of State Procurement at the address identified below in a clearly marked and sealed envelope no later than the due date and time indicated in the solicitation. Late submissions will result in rejection of your response. Facsimile or copies of a certified check, cashier's check, or money order will not be accepted. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Office of State Procurement (OSP) is requesting proposals for repair-by-replacement of existing temperature controls and sensors with new BACnet MS/TP controllers and programmable thermostats for the Minnesota Department of Military Affairs (MDMA), for buildings located at Camp Ripley Training Center, 15000 HWY 115, Little Falls, MN 56345. This work includes disconnecting existing room temperature sensors and cable terminations, and reconnecting to include proper system operation and communication with existing building automation systems (BAS). Price must include all labor, installation, tools equipment, materials, transportation, supplies, and disposal of materials and incidentals necessary to complete the project. Responders must be certified to perform maintenance and programming on the JCI Metasys system. Upon request, Responders may be required to provide proof of certification to perform maintenance and programming of the JCI Metasys system
