Renovation of a detention facility in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Contractors are invited to bid on the Caledonia County Work Camp Reroof Project for The Department of Buildings and General Services at 1266 US Route 5 in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. This project consists of, but is not limited to: Replace the existing thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane roofing, adding additional rigid insulation to meet current state energy standards and improve drainage. This includes a parapet improvement and new metal sheeting (cap and drainage flashing). Work per architectural drawings and specifications. QUESTION AND ANSWER PERIOD: Any vendor requiring clarification of any section of this RFP or wishing to comment or take exception to any requirements of the RFP must submit specific questions in writing to BGS.OPCVendorDocs@vermont.gov no later than 4:30 PM on Revision Date: July 20, 2023 Page | 2 January 26, 2024. All questions should include in the subject line. Any comments, questions, or exceptions not raised in writing on or before the last day of the question period are waived.
