Wigley Road Mccready Drive Pine Valley Road Virgie Ballentine Drive Sudie Way Winnview Drive Gina Court (Sub) Forkwood Circle (Sub) Scuppernong Drive (Sub) Harmony Creek Drive (Sub) Harmony Creek Lane (Sub) Calm Waters Ave (Sub) Foggy Creek Lane (Sub) Concord Place (Sub) Michelle Lane (Sub) Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond with good and sufficient surety or sureties approved by the owner for faithful acceptance of the contract, payable to, in favor of, and for the protection of the OWNER in an amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the total amount payable by the terms of the contract or, in lieu thereof, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or cash in equal amount. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, for 100% of the contract amount, with the executed Agreement meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents and executed on the forms attached to the Agreement. The terms and time for payment are set forth in the Agreement The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities and re-advertise. All questions about the bid process, plans or specifications must be submitted in writing to purchase@paulding.gov. The Completion date for this project is October 31, 2024. Any explanation desired by a bidder regarding the meaning or interpretation of the invitation for bids,
drawings, specifications, etc. must be requested five (5) working days prior to bid opening in order for a
