HHSC, at its sole discretion, may renew the Contract for up to four (4) renewal options. Renewal 1 term: September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025 Renewal 2 term: September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026 Renewal 3 term: September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027 Renewal 4 term: September 1, 2027, through August 31, 2028 Questions or Clarifications Submission Deadline January 23, 2024, 5:00 PM Should Bidders have questions regarding proper completion of the HUB Subcontracting Plan, the HUB Coordinator may be contacted at Bob.McCurdy@hhs.texas.gov.
