Awarded contractor is to provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to repair cast stones and granite located at the Tarrant County Corrections Center. Award will be based on lowest bid meeting specifications. Contractor is to repair damaged cast stone, as show in pictures that follow. Repairs should be blended to match existing stone as closely as possible. Waterproofing of repairs will be conducted by the County's contracted vendor. The intent of this contract is to award to Contractor(s) who will be performing the scope of work with their own hired staff. Contractor must have five (5) years of experience in masonry. If requested, Contractor is to provide a list of no fewer than three references of previous work of similar scope. If required to complete requested services, it is the Contractor's sole responsibility to secure all needed permits to fully comply with any federal, state, or local requirements. Awarded contractor will be responsible for cleanup of debris and spills resulting from work while completing services in this Quote. Awarded contractor is not to use Tarrant County dumpsters to dispose of any refuse. Awarded contractor shall be responsible for replacing, at no cost to Tarrant County, any damages incurred during completion of services under this Agreement.
