Tarrant County College is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Construction of site improvements, utility infrastructure and two modular buildings at two campus locations for the South Campus Child Care Modular Facility and the NW Campus Child Care Modular Facility. These facilities serve children aged 0 to 5 years old. Each building is expected to be up to 14,000 square feet and will include eight classrooms, two viewing rooms, a lobby, administration offices, an indoor play area, as well as restrooms and spaces dedicated for IT infrastructure . Three of the classrooms are to be Head Start/Early Head Start classrooms, a nationally funded program for young children.
