The City of Lincoln Engineering Department is seeking written proposals from qualified firms to perform engineering design services for roundabout intersection improvements at two locations on Ferrari Ranch Road in the City of Lincoln. An increase in development has generated additional traffic along Ferrari Ranch Road between Lincoln Boulevard and McBean Park Drive. Because of this, vehicle delay has increased at the two existing stop sign controlled intersections (Ingram Parkway and Sun City Boulevard) along the corridor such that improvements are needed. The scope of services for this design contract shall include performing all work necessary to provide project management, preliminary design engineering services, environmental services, creation and recording of plat maps and legal descriptions (plats and legals), final engineering design services, and bidding assistance services. The duration of design services required is anticipated to be generally from March 2024 through March 2025. Project construction is anticipated to begin in 2025.
