Secondary Digester Cleaning and Improvements Bid # AD-S-24-1 Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond (in( the required form) or certified check for ten percent of the Bid total. A Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond are also required prior to award of the Contract. This Project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. See the Instructions to Bidders for additional information and requirements. It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidder shall have a minimum of (5)( ) years' experience and at least (10) completed projects of similar nature to the Work required by this Project.
