Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of the full-depth removal and replacement of asphalt pavement and subbase, reconfiguration of dumpster area including structural retaining wall and reinforced pad, installation of concrete landings and bollards, and all other associated work shown and/or reasonably implied. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, or a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates apply.
