Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of April 1, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work to be performed under this contract consists of the removal of an existing modular classrooms, asphalt repairs, and all other associated work shown and/or reasonably implied. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, or a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. The Allentown School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or portions thereof.
