The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (City) is seeking a qualified and experienced developer to acquire, develop, and operate a Non-Congregate Shelter (NCS) within the City of Fort Lauderdale in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The city has received a special allocation of the HOME Investment Partnerships Program through the 2021 American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) for acquisition and development of a non-congregate shelter to address the need for homelessness development is not limited to the acquisition of land and construction of HOME-ARP NCS. This activity may include the rehabilitation of existing structures such motels, hotels, or other facilities to be used for HOME-ARP NCS.
