The City estimates it will budget a total of $200,000 annually on the various items listed on Bid Sheet. However, the City makes no guarantee as to the exact amount budgeted annually. Offerors shall offer unit prices based on the estimated budget. The City makes no estimate on the quantity of work for each individual line item. At such time that the City desires to have work performed under this contract, the contractor shall prepare an estimate of the quantity of each line item to be used in completing the work for submission to the City's project manager. Upon acceptance of the estimate, the City shall issue work orders for the amount of the estimate. The City intends to contract with a contractor(s) to provide all material, labor, and equipment necessary to perform Concrete Repair and Replacement at various locations in the City. Individual task items will be offered on a unit cost basis. The work will be requested through work orders issued in increments of no less than $10,000.00 at a time. All costs anticipated by the contractor for which it shall seek reimbursement MUST be included in the unit prices solicited on the proposal sheet. This includes any delivery, fuel surcharge, lab testing, mobilization or other miscellaneous charges. All sealed bids must be received either electronically or at the designated location by the deadline shown. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered for the award of the contract and shall be considered void and unacceptable. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bids. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the prices in any bid, the City reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid.
