Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rosenberg, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 90,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for the renovation of a 54,000-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility.

Lamar Cisd Will Select the Proposal That Offers the "best Value" to Lamar Cisd Based on the Published Selection Criteria and on the Ranking Evaluation. The District Holds the Right to Consider Proposals Submitted Without the Rfp Forms, Properly Completed, to Be Considered Non-responsive.
