Reference Number 0000262172 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/01/25 11:00:00 AM EST Bid Intent Deadline 2024/01/26 11:00:00 AM EST Pricing Lump sum Bids are hereby requested for the purchase and delivery of 70 rolls of woven geotextile to use in the base of roads under reconstruction. Based on construction needs and conditions found onsite during construction, this amount may increase, but the Township offers no guarantee of such. Geotextile shall meet Ontario Provincial Standards (OPS) 1860 for Class Il woven geotextile. Geotextile rolls should be 3.81 metres wide and 110 metres long. Comparable sizes will be considered. Delivered to the North Crosby Public Works Garage located at 9863 Perth Road, Westport, Ontario. If the delivery contractor requires Township Staff to assist with unloading material, delivery must be on a flatbed trailer. Delivery must be completed by May 19, 2024. The Township retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Maintain and keep in force during the term of the contract, General Liability Insurance protecting the contractors liability, legal or assumed, under the contract for all claims arising from personal injury to members of the public, damage to property of public including loss of use of such property and the minimum insurance shall be $5,000,000.00.
