The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 18 multi-residential and 177 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. The building at 56 Bedford St., Westport, requires a new air make-up unit, complete with exterior heat pump condenser. We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to complete this project. It is expected that this project will be completed by December 19, 2025. Only the successful bidder will be required to submit a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Sub Total Contract Price exclusive of all applicable taxes (i.e.: HST), and a Labour and Material Payment Bond. Bond shall be in an amount equal to 50% of the Sub Total Contract Price (excluding all applicable taxes) in the form of CCDC 222 or the most recent Ontario Provincial Standard Form. A Performance Bond for the due completion of the Work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract, which bond shall be in an amount equal to 10% of the Sub Total Contract Price (excluding all applicable taxes) in the form of CCDC 221 or the most recent Ontario A Performance Bond for the due completion of the Work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract, which bond shall be in an amount equal to 10% of the Sub Total Contract Price (excluding all applicable taxes) in the form of CCDC 221 or the most recent Ontario Provincial Standard Form or the Surety Association of Canada's new "process enhanced" performance bond; and A Labour and Material Payment Bond.
