Renovation of a multi-residential development in Westport, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade multi-residential development.
The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 18 multi-residential and 176 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. The building at 56 Bedford Street, Westport, requires new carpeting in the common areas. This 2-storey building has 21 apartments. The building at 43 Centre Street, Lansdowne, also requires new carpeting in the common areas. This 2-storey building has 16 apartments. We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to complete this project.
