It is not possible to forecast LRWRA's needs for fencing services, however, work may include the performance of maintenance, repairs, installation, and construction of all types of commercial/industrial fencing projects. LRWRA anticipates projects to range in size and scope. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the LRWRA Procurement Department at Procurement@lrwra.com. The LRWRA Procurement Department, as the issuing office, is the sole point of contact throughout this procurement process. Vendor's questions regarding this solicitation should be made through the LRWRA buyer listed for this solicitation. Contact Information Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority shall have the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any and all informalities. A term contract will be awarded to the five (5) highest ranked vendors. The initial term of this contract shall be for one (1) year, beginning upon completion of the award process. Upon mutual agreement by the vendor and LRWRA, the contract may be renewed by the LRWRA Procurement Department on a year-to-year basis, for up to six (6) additional one-year terms or a portion thereof. The total contract term shall not be more than seven (7) years.
