All documents that the firm prepares as a part of this service agreement will be the property of LRCVB and subject to all open disclosure laws including the Arkansas Freedom of Information ACT (FOIA). The Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission dba Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide restoration services to the terrazzo floor at the Robison Center. The Contract Term would be for one (1) year term with services renewable on an annual basis for up to five (5) additional one (1) year terms. LRCVB reserves the right to withdraw the Request for Qualifications for any reason. LRCVB further reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of any Responses received.
