Pulaski County Brownfields Program is accepting public comments on proposed brownfields assessment and cleanup work. The purpose of the public notice is to inform the public of the environmental issues and the proposed assessment process for the William Laporte Building located at 1924 Commerce Street, Little Rock, AR 72206. Common Ground Opportunity Fund, LLC has applied for a brownfields environmental assessment from the Pulaski County Brownfields program for the assessment of contaminates found in the building. All comments on the assessment process will be considered. A formal response to each comment will be filed in the project records. A public meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 3-5 pm at 3915 W 8th Street, Third Floor Conference Room, Little Rock, AR 72204.
