Responses to inquiries will be through the NGEM system. The summary of work includes the new monument sign will be constructed on Assessor's parcel Number (APN): 163-02-501-002, which is zoned C-V. There will be no off-site work required for the sign. The scope of work will encompass approximately 4,600 s.f., which will include the 227 s.f. for the sign footprint and the landscape improvements around it. the sign will have a vertical wall (overall height of 20'-5") with the campus logo that will be clad in phenolic resin panels, and low walls (overall height 5'-10") with the name of the campus and the address. the low wall is to be clad in travertine. WITHDRAWAL OF BID Any prospective bidder may request withdrawal of a posted, sealed bid prior to the scheduled bid opening time provided the request for withdrawal is submitted to the Purchasing Department in writing, or presents themselves in person with proper identification to the Purchasing Department and verbally requests the bid be withdrawn and signs for its receipt. ACCEPTANCE PERIOD The Bidder agrees to a minimum of 120 calendar day acceptance period from the date of public opening. The College of Southern Nevada (CSN), Facilities Management Department is requesting bids for a turn-key project to construct a new monument sign at the West Charleston Campus. The selected Contractor will be entirely responsible for the completion of the project. The anticipated period of performance for this project is to be completed no later than 90 days from the notice to proceed. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $500.00 per day will be levied for each day the project is not completed after the required Project Completion Date.
