The Contractor shall furnish all labor, qualified employees, materials, transportation, traffic control, tools, equipment and supplies necessary to prepare the site including herbicide application and mowing on monthly basis starting April of 2024 until before planting date which will be in early or mid-October of 2024. This also includes the planting of about 1,007 trees in five wetland areas as detailed in the Mitigation Plan Addendum Map Revision 2. Site grading will be done by the District in August or September of 2024. In addition, the CONTRACTOR shall be responsible to: Replace up to 20% of the trees that do not survive within 24 months of planting with the same species and size as the original tree. Provide and place tree bags to provide irrigation. Contractor to position and fill irrigation bags for the first two years after planting. Include site visit maintenance up to five years after planting with herbicide application and mowing. Site visits for maintenance shall be distributed, as appropriate throughout each growing year. The Contractor shall provide a site visit plan each year for review by the Project Leader. Payment for one visit shall mean one full site mowing and one full site herbicide application regardless of the number of days it takes to complete both.
