Meadowbrook sewage treatment plant digester revisions (installation only) contract 1/2024 Meadowbrook sewage treatment plant digester revisions (electrical) contract 2/2024 Bond Notes: Each proposal shall be accompanied with a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of the Franklin Township Municipal Sanitary Authority. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the same has been filed with the Franklin Township Municipal Sanitary Authority. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages are applicable to this project. The Franklin Township Municipal Sanitary Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received. Doc Notes: Contract 1/2024, and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of $100.00 for the Meadowbrook Sewage Treatment Plant Digester Revisions (Electrical) project, Contract 2/2024 (plus an additional charge of $15.00 for each set of Bid Documents if mailed at Gibson-Thomas Engineering's cost).
