Site work for a mixed-use development in Murrysville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project will encompass but not be limited to the following scope of work: 1. Installation of approximately 2,200 new 8 PVC-C900 Waterline. 2. Replacement of Service lines, curb stops and corporation stops and associated valves and fittings. 3. New Inter-Connections at Existing Locations. 4. Installation of new fire hydrants and associated valves and mechanical fittings. Removal of abandoned fire hydrant as directed by the engineer. 5. Restoration of all disturbed areas, including fences, walls, steps, sidewalks, lawns. Replacement of disturbed signs and mailboxes. 6. All roadway/pavement restoration. 7. Erosion and Sedimentation Controls. 8. Traffic control during construction. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his proposal within 120 days after the actual date of the opening of the proposals. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
