The Work to Be Bid Upon is Described as Follows: Construction of a Passive Acid Mine Drainage (Amd) Treatment System Including Erosion & Sediment Controls, Site Access Roads, Earthwork, Pond Construction, Basin and Pipe Installation, Gravel Placement, Stormwater Best Management Practice (Bmp) Installation, Site Stabilization and Revegetation, and Associated Project Components. All Work as Described Below Shall Be Substantially Completed Within 120 Calendar Days After the Date When the Contract Times Commence to Run and Completed and Ready for Final Payment Within 150 Days After the Date When the Contract Times Commence To Run. Liquidated Damages Shall Be $1,000 Per Day. A Bidder May Not Withdraw the Bid for a Period of Ninety (90) Days After the Date Set for the Opening of Bids. Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond Payable to the Lyons Run Watershed Association and Municipality of Murrysville in An Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Base Bid. All Bidders Are Required to Have a Pennsylvania Contractors License. The Awarded Bidder Will Be Required to Provide Separate Performance and Payment Bonds in Amounts Equal to One-hundred-ten Percent (110%) of the Base Bid During Execution of the Agreement.
