As of February 5, 2024 project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award was not yet been established. Access Control Replacement. This Project is Financed in Whole, or in Part From Federal Funds. Please submit any questions regarding this bid in writing to the Fire Chief, George May via email at: George.may@troy-fpd.com. To adequately support the needs of The Troy Fire Protection Districts current technical environment, below are minimum requirements that must be satisfied by all proposal submissions: Removal of 21 access control systems (non-wired) Installation of wiring for 22 access control systems and installation of a centrally located control panel Repair of access holes cut into any part of the building shall be included in the proposal and shall be equal to the condition prior to construction Installation of 22 reader/keypads and adequately sized controller(s) Install 1 remote door release at the desk in the administrator office Cloud based access control management system 1-year minimum material and labor warranty Support and training with documentation on initial deployment and for continued self-support Scalability to add more units as the need arises Alternate quote for integrated CCTV controller as part of the cloud based management system
