Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Troy, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work is generally on N. Main Street from E. Market Street to 163.12 feet north of the intersection and on E. Market Street from N. Main Street to Hickoiy Street in Troy, Illinois. The work on this project consists of removals, earthwork, aggregate base, HMA binder and surface courses, sidewalk, conduit installs for electric and communication, curb and gutter, driveway pavement, stamped concrete crosswalks, storm sewer and drainage structures, trees, thermoplastic pavement markings, paint curb, and all incidental and collateral work necessaiy to complete the work. Plans with additional Bidder requirements may be downloaded at the City's website for no fee. Complete digital project bidding documents are available at www.troyil.us.
