Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Troy, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed water main replacement project is generally located on Market Street (IL-162) from west of Main Street to east of Hickory Street in Troy, Illinois. It shall be the responsibility of each bidder, prior to submitting their Bid, to contact the Administration Office at phone number 618-667-9924 or jkeeven@troyil.us, Please submit any questions regarding this bid in writing to the City Engineer, Tom Cissell via email to: tom.cissell@oatesassociates.com. The work on this project consists of removals, trench excavation with shoring, trench backfill, HMA and PCC pavement patching, curb, sidewalk, temporary pavement markings, directional boring, 12" and 6" water main installation, fire hydrant installation, water service line replacement, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the work.
