Waverly Parks Maintenance Garage Remodel - 412 1st Ave SE, Waverly, Iowa. Scope of Work Includes but Is Not Limited to the Following: General Conditions, Selective Structural Demo, Concrete, CMU Masonry, Metal Framing, Wood Sheathing, Casework, Paint, Insulation, h.m. Frames & Doors, Aluminum Windows, Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in a separate sealed envelope, in the amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid submitted including alternates. Labor and Material Payment Bond, Performance Bond and any other documents as stated in the Construction Documents. The award of contract may be made by the City of Waverly to the lowest responsible bidder meeting the specifications. The owner reserves the right to accept the bid that they deem to be in their best interests and/or reject any or all bids at any time within the next sixty (60) days immediately following the bid date. The Owner reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularity in any proposal - no bid security is automatic disqualification of bid. Award will be made to the bidder(s) as selected by the City of Waverly. By virtue of statutory authority, a preference will be given to products and provisions grown and produced within the State of Iowa, and to Iowa domestic labor.
