The Authority has contracted with an Architectural Firm, Radix Design, to clarify the scope of work and then to coordinate the design of the project, with the GC. The Authority is looking for an anticipated start date of April 15th, but not later than May 20th, 2024, and/or a substantial completion date of 9/30/2024. Indicate bidder's ability to commit to a timeline supporting these desired dates.
