Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: 4 one-year renewal optiions Question Acceptance Deadline 02/09/2024 at 5:00 PM MT All Questions must be submitted online Interested Bidders are strongly encouraged to participate in the walk-through inspection of the site(s) conducted by City personnel to familiarize themselves with any conditions which may affect performance and proposed prices. Entry to city buildings will not be permitted outside of this scheduled site visit. Adjustments to pricing due to failure to attend the site visits will not be allowed. The site visit will take place immediately after the pre-bid conference.
