Upon evaluation, recommendations for repair or replacement will be submitted along with a bid for completion of the work. Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District is the Operator of the Ice Centre at the Promenade, and 50% Owner along with the City of Westminster. This contract will be with Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District. (District) Hyland Hills is seeking bids from qualified contractors to visit the facility and evaluate the current condition of the roof gutters, downspouts and flashing. Upon evaluation of the condition of the afore-mentioned items, provide your assessment and recommendations for either repair or replacement as needed. Building is approximately 143,000 square feet. Based on your assessment and recommendations, submit a bid for completion of the work on your own bid form. All materials and labor will be supplied by contractor. Testing and quality control will be by owner. Contractor will supply generators for power. Contractor will supply sanitation. Contractor will safeguard work area. Access for guests and the general public must be maintained. All debris generated by work activities must be collected daily and disposed of by the contractor.
