Olmsted County is soliciting quotes from qualified firms to secure an annual service contract for various specialized mechanical and repair services at the Waste to Energy Facility. The project scope and submission requirements will be reviewed and Respondents will have the opportunity to address any questions regarding the specifications for this project. Initial contract(s) to be awarded approximately at the end of January 2024, and be valid through December 31, 2024. Olmsted County and OWEF will inquire after the first year for contractor(s) to provide updated rates. The County may choose to extend contracts for four (4) additional one (1) year extensions if mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the County. Olmsted County will send a form at renewal for current rates and markups. This agreement will cover all miscellaneous projects under $25,000. Projects over $25,000 will be solicited to multiple vendors through Electronically Olmsted County desires to enter into an agreement with one primary and [up to] two secondary contractors to provide the described services for the prices submitted for an initial contract term of one (1) year with the option to renew up to four (4) additional one-year extensions if mutual agreed upon by the contractor(s) and the County.
