Reference number : 1796317 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-01-29 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No The Municipality of Lac-Beauport requires submissions for: Pavement markings on public roads for 2024. Purpose of the contract: The successful bidder must carry out longitudinal marking with water-based and epoxy resin-based paints on the various public roads of the Municipality as stipulated in this document. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, nor any of the bids received, and it declines all liability towards any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipality's council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its council. A bid guarantee of 10% of the submitted price including taxes must accompany the bid.
