Renovation of a municipal facility in Round Rock, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Furnish and install upper and lower cabinets for the City of Round Rock Utility Billing Services Breakroom located at City Hall. The contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing upper and lower cabinets located in the Utility Services breakroom. The existing upper cabinets measure approximately 16' lineal feet. The existing lower cabinets and countertops measure approximately 22' lineal feet. The contractor shall include two (2) mobilizations for the removal of the existing cabinets and reinstallation of the new cabinets. Other trades shall be completing other services in the interim. The new cabinets and countertop shall be constructed using commercial/industrial grade materials, including white melamine interiors, laminate exteriors and countertop, and shall include the following specifications: Upper Cabinets - Approximately 11'6" long by 34" tall (standard counter height), have a minimum of six (6) cupboard doors and potentially one section of open shelving. (See attached rendering.) Color shall be Clear Oak with black metal hardware. Lower Cabinets and Countertop - Approximately 11' 6" long by 34" tall (standard counter height). The lower cabinet shall be Clear Oak with black metal hardware. The countertop shall be Light Gray and constructed with a commercial grade laminate product. Wall Mounted Bar Top - The wall mounted bar top shall be Light Gray and constructed with a commercial grade laminate product. Pending review of all received quotes, the wall mounted bar top may or may not be included in this project. The contractor shall provide separate line-item prices. The contractor shall provide a full product description and the materials being provided in their submission. Color samples shall be approved by Round Rock staff prior to ordering materials. Project Duration: All work shall be completed within 4 weeks of receipt of a fully executed Purchase Order. (Contractor shall include product lead times in their RFP submission.) The City reserves the right to determine "or equal" status. Quotes may be withdrawn at any time prior to the official closing by written notification. Quotes may not be altered, amended or withdrawn after the official closing.
