Site work for a water / sewer project in Red Lodge, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Interested contractors are encouraged to visit site as they see fit prior to submitting a bid. Digital copies of the Bidding Documents are available online. Base Bid: The work generally consists of the following: Project Area #1 (Lover's Lane Bank Stabilization) 185 LF of loose-placed riprap bank stabilization (utilizing salvaged riprap on-site), topsoil & re-vegetation. Project Area #2 (Riverview Lane Bridge Abutment) Placement of flowable fill (CLSM) in and around voids of existing riprap abutment armoring. The work is located at the following location: Lover's Lane and Riverview Lane right-of-way directly east of Hwy 72, south of Belfry, MT. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to Bond and Licenses, and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the Bidder immediately. The OWNER reserves the right to hold all bids and bid securities for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days and to hold the three low bids and bid securities for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening. The OWNER may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end ofthese periods, waive any informality in any bid, and to reject the bid of any party who has been delinquent or unfaithful in the performance of any former contract with the OWNER.
