Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
Construction of concrete shared use path from 8th Street to the Santa Fe Depot: including approximately 700 SY of concrete recreational path, 450 LF of wood fence and a concrete raised crosswalk. Contractor agrees that as liquidated damages for delay (but not as a penalty), Contractor shall pay Owner $500 for each day that expires after the time specified above for Final Completion until the Work is complete. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities. NON-MANDATORY QUESTIONS DEADLINE: Noon on Jan. 24th
