Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in East Lyme, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Well 5 WTP Backwash Lagoon Expansion. The work of this section includes all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to furnish and install chain link fencing and gates as specified herein and as shown on the drawings. This work will include: site work, ductile iron pipe work and a perimeter fence. All Bidders shall furnish with their Bid a bid security in the form of a bid bond, cash or a certified check, treasurer's check or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Bid and made payable to the Town of East Lyme. The East Lyme Water and Sewer Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informality, or; to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the East Lyme Water and Sewer Department. It is the intention of the Water Department to have the work substantially completed by June 1, 2024, at the latest unless there are weather or other events that are out of the control of the Contractor
