The Douglas County Solid Waste Department is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified design-build teams interested in providing design and construction services for a Moderate Risk Waste (MRW) Facility. Statement of Qualifications shall be delivered to the County in a sealed envelope showing on the outside "RFQ 01-24". Please hand deliver or send your statement of qualifications via a trackable delivery service such as FedEx or UPS to deliver your qualifications to the address above. Please send an email to solidwaste@co.douglas.wa.us with your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. You will receive an email response upon receipt of the statement of qualification. Documents delivered to other offices and received late by the Commissioners' Office will not be considered nor will ones received by facsimile or e-mail. Submittals made in an incorrect format will not be considered.
