Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Littlestown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The Project consists of the supply and placement of a 31' long, 5.25' high x 25' span three sided concrete box culvert and associated headwalls. The project site is located between 250 and 297 Feeser Road, Littlestown, PA. Upon award of the low bid, the successful bidder will be required to supply a performance bond and payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, certificates of insurance, and the Public Works Employment Verification form at The Germany Township Board of Supervisors hereby reserves the right, which it is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any and all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in the Bid. Copies of the bid documents may be examined without charge at the Owner address above or the office of the Engineer. Copies of bid documents may be obtained at the office of the Engineer or the Owner. BIDDER agrees to supply the requested material to the site by July 31st, 2024. Adaptations to the delivery date must be coordinated between the Contractor and the Township prior to July 1st, 2024.
