Contract No. 1 - Site Improvements including E&S controls, demolition activities, site earthwork including excavation and grading, stormwater management facility installations, storm piping, and associated infrastructure, playground area preparation, trail and concrete installation, footbridge relocation, curb ramps, sport court installations, sport court amenities, baseball foul poles, and fencing installation. Contract No. 2 - Electrical Construction, including installation of site conduit and boxes for future security and power to the park. Questions Due Date: May 30th 2024, 5:00 PM EDT NOTE: The Council of Littlestown Borough has authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Littlestown Borough. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Littlestown Borough in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for Contract No. 1 and Contract No. 2 is ninety (90) calendar days. Littlestown Borough reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
