NO. 141-020-143 The work of this project includes Construction of the E Line BRT project along a 13-mile corridor in St. Paul, Minneapolis, and Edina along University Avenue, 4th Street, Hennepin Avenue, and France Avenue. Construction scope generally includes, but is not limited to: Site preparation, including demolition, grading, roadway changes, and traffic control; Installation of station pylon and shelters, separately procured under concurrent contracts; Purchase, installation, and testing of electrical and communications components; and Curb & gutter, sidewalks, drainage, signal work, lighting, ADA pedestrian ramps, and street pavement reconstruction. A driver restroom facility will also be constructed through the E Line project.
